Michael Schenker - October 27th.

His last 3-4 U.S. tours have all skipped Minnesota, but this time he's playing in a bar close to me. I'm really excited for this show, been waiting to see him live for a long time now!

He's really firing on all cylinders again now. Will be an excellent gig

Just wanted to say what a brilliant gig last night: Limehouse Lizzy returned to one of their old (read small) haunts.

It was great to be so close, the guitarist was excellent, you could really see what he was doing close up.
I loved it in the small venue. Not much in the way of stage trappings obviously, but maybe thats how I like it.

Some of the music that Limehouse Lizzy was playing was as good as it gets for me, I was totally smitten. And no, its not the first time I have seen them, I have not recorded the quantity but lets say 20 times now, that would be realistic. And again on 30th November, can't wait.

Happy bunny.

Default Magnum ....

Going to see Magnum on the 18th Nov at Bristol Academy. Like Saxon, another greatly underated band. saw them first at reading Festival ,before they went a bit hair-metal ( American glam. ) They were fantastic that day. Have seen them since but now , again like Saxon , they are back on track.
Anyone else planning to see them on their new tour ?
