Default Rock City, Nottingham

Well i gotta say i felt proud for Saxon tonight. Its been quite a while since they filled Rock City like they did tonight. Great crowd & top gig.
Was a litle worried on first couple of songs as i thought Biffs vocals sounded off....but no need for that,he soon delivered the goods (Maybe just needed warming up to start)
The sound was very good, from where i stood. Way,way better than at Sheffield. Was nice to hear Quinny up there in the mix. Torben did the business tonight ;-)

Great to hear Never Surrender again. Think i mighta enjoyed this gig more than Amsterdam.

Class night out. Enough said.

Default Phenomenal Gig

The Rock City gig was too good for words. The atmosphere was electric even during Masterplans set and it just continued to get better as the evening wore on.

I was very impressed by songs from the new album. In particular Red Star Falling and Ashes to Ashes were awesome. The only songs missing for me were Lionheart and Dallas 1pm.

I really did feel the power and this is the start of a resurgence in the UK i am sure. I have not stopped smiling yet.

I saw you on the stairs on the way out last night (met at the Saxon E4 shambolic debate show in London)

Enjoy the rest of the tour - I'm jealous
