Don't listen to them midnightrider.

I have said before that it is not a case of putting on weight over the years, it is down to the simple fact that clothes shrink.

Ah, you see.. we know Graham. Now normally what you say is indeed true, but in his case, he is a fat bastard

I ordered a Saxon shirt for Call To Arms 3 months before their show here. Good thing because the sellers said they sold out at the last show, which was in San Antonio I think. I bout a 2 XL and without drying it it still shrunk two inches. I knew it would be tough to wear. It just sits with my other Saxon stuff. Those 3 x's and 4 x's are looking to be the real XXl .

Especially if you've been with Saxon for 30 - 35 years.I admit I'm heavier than in the beginning. But it's a Saxon muscle.

It would be nice to know. I have seen the album on amazon had having 3cd's, that has now been corrected to 2. Going to hang fire and wait until nearer the time before ordering.

Short interview from rockpages.gr follows:

27/01/2013 - BIFF BYFORD GOING SOLO?

Biff Byford managed to shock us during his interview on Rockpages.gr expressing his doubts about whether Saxon are going to release another album after this year’s “Sacrifice”.

Biff Byford: I don’t know if we are making another Saxon album… we’ll see how that goes. I might do a solo project next year maybe, or a different project maybe, I don’t know. I’d like to write an album that is more like “747”, “Wheels Of Steel”, “And The Bands Played On”… I might do that next. Not next year, maybe the year after…

Rockpages.gr: So, you mean that this might be the last Saxon album?

Biff Byford: I don’t think this is the last Saxon album, I think that we are allowed to a bit of a break up on this tour. We will be touring all year so we’ll see how it goes after the tour…

Rockpages.gr: I’m asking you this because I heard you saying that on a French webTV interview…

Biff Byford: Well, nobody can tell really, doesn’t he? It depends on the band. All the band has to be into it, yeah? All the band has to be committed and passionate about the project, you know, some people might not want to make a new album again next year, they might want to have a rest… I don’t rest, that’s the thing! Me and Lemmy are full on all the time!

Read the entire interview soon!

mmm yeah agree after the sacrifice tour, saxon need to rest. But im really hopeing sacrifice isent saxons last studio album. It wouldent make sence to make it there last studio album there not all that far away from there next big anniversary.
Plus sacrifice isent being advertised as there last album and tour thank God.

Just have a good rest guys after sacrifice tour, please dont chuck in the towel yet. Listen to the music you guys are making, and by the sounds of things sacrifice is going to be a kick arse album as well.

Musical talent is a gift that should be shared with the world, You guys in saxon have plenty more of that to share with us. You all so lucky to have such a talent something i wish i had along with millions of others.
