Default An Oldie but a Goodie

Hi All

I have been following Classic Metal, Heavy Metal, Thrash you name it for more years than I care to think about. My taste varies from Black Sabbath to Slipknot to Machine Head. But one band that has consistently remained solid throughout my life has been Saxon. I play the lads every day and cite Crusader, Metalhead and of course Dogs of War as three of my most played tracks. I love the intricate guitar parts of messers Quinn and Scarrett. Paul Quinn in my humble opinion should be up there for The Metal Hammer Awards with the likes of Dave Murray, Scott Ian and even The Riff Lord Tony Iommi.

One thing I would like to see is contact with the band via e-mail. I would also like to get tabs for the guitar from the horses mouth so to speak.

Look forward to contact with you.

Hello and welcome.
I personally don't think the band have made a bad album. Some are different but they all sound good to me.
I have met Graham Oliver on a few occasions (Since he left Saxon) and he does seem like a really nice person although he does seem very reluctant to talk about certain people!!
