He's been back a couple of years but by all accounts Mr E Van Halen and he are not getting on. I would be surprised if it lasted another tour before they split again.

Plus, I also heard (re comment further up) that they were just re recording unused songs and old demos. If they weren't good enough first time around what's different now. Oh I know, MONEY
I think they are a great band and they have written some brilliant stuff over the years. Dave's solo stuff is great too but all of this smacks of a fast buck and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Some things are best left in the past.

I just heard a 90 second clip of the song China Town, of the songs I've heard so far this is by far the most "rocking" song.

I'm positive I'll buy the album, I just hope that it ends up being worth my money!

Heard the snippets of the tracks, hard to tell sometimes just from snippets but it sounds like there could be song ok tracks on there exp the first half of the album, 2nd half dosent sound up to much, although the guitar at the start of track 10 sounds cool, Think ill take a bit of a chance on this album and buy it, like to see em live but i bet they set silly ticket prices, just a pitty eddies son is on bass, prefer M.A

Just to let you all know I have heard most of this album and its pretty awesome, I think Tattoo may even be the weakest song on the album. I saw a review on it that was pretty good as well so I will definitely be buying the album!

Just been having listen to album tracks on youtube and it sounds pretty decent, will never touch their classic stuff but definitely gonna get the CD. Just hoping they come back to the UK and do some shows.
