merch store no staff???

where are the merch store staff? no one answers the phone, no email replys.
the store front promises faultless service and deliveries within uk in 3-5 days... yeah right, mo shirt ,no confirmation, no email reply or phone answer, not even a "we're away touring" answerphone. or message on the uk shop site.
Whatever the reason, the shop/ service is garbage and needs addressing, its letting the bands image down , and letting the fans down.
