I'm going to see saxon, Motorhead and Judas Priest in Barcelona beginning of August, that'll be a cracker. My first ever concert was Motorhead and Saxon on the bomber tour in Newcastle back in '79.

Just returned from Journey, Foreigner and Styx in Birmingham. I know a bit 'light' for some on here but that was one fantastic gig. The only problem (not really ) was seeing so many of the 'GLEE' fan club there to see Journey. It was quite surreal

As for next gig GHOAD on Friday in Sleaford BRING IT ON!!!

Limehouse Lizzy again (4th time in 6 months)

A couple of my friends went to see the Journey/Foreigner/Styx gig at Wembly - they were raving about how good it was. Wish I had gone.

Anyone know when Saxon are playing the UK again ?

During the interwiev yesterday at PlanetRock, Biff told that they are planning some shows between late October and the 18th of December, after South America.

It really was 'that good'. Every band was absolutely fantastic. I don't big up gigs lightly but that was very near the top of my list and I've been to a 'few' over the years . As for Saxon playing the UK again this year now I've got everything sorted for High Voltage I can start saving so if it means a road trip or two so be it
