Some interesting comments guys! I will concede, Saxon may promote things better across some areas of social media such as Facebook than my original post gave them credit for.

However, I still think that the offical website should be listing all the news regarding new releases etc earlier than it does. If they can update FB etc so early, then why can't they put things on the website at the same time? Surely that is not expecting too much?

Anyway, great to have another Saxon single to enjoy, and a new album to look forward to!

There are still some old school fans like me (dinosaurs?) that are not Facebook that need the latest news!

Totally agree with that - they are touring all over the place but really need to get the message out. I am actually not that taken with the single even though I am a massive Saxon fan - maybe I need to hear it some more. They did not even play it at Ramblin Man from what I remember.
