I can confirm this is perfect and fits the bill good work "Squadron Leader Currymonster" aka "The Entertainment Manager" whilst I didn't imbide the spirits and beers on offer, I did double check that said "Beer Emporiium" is a stones throw / stagger from the venue that incidentally looked excellent.

Pleased to also confirm that the Mercure hotel is indeed walking distance, with no beer goggle hazards such as road crossing required

One suggestion to the Promoter would be to get a poster down there sharpish to help advertise the gig, they have posters for Big Country in December but no hint of the MIGHTY SAXON playing there in June

If you end up on the A1 you truly are rat @rsed you've got to cross a road, climb a fence and fall down an embankment.

Think I will try to get to this one if finances will allow! Have Bin out the loop so long recently, what with grand-twins on the way & my daughtee having a bad pregnancy with it all ... I've kinda lost track of thingsz ......
