Has anyone had problems with the Saxon merch shop - I spent Ł110 on goods and only received one item and that was damaged and wet when I went to the post office to pick it up.
I have called (a premium number) - no answer. I have emailed and emailed and they have only replied ONCE saying they shipped the goods - they will not respond to me or call my mobile which I asked them to. Only when I posted a note on the facebook site - someone wrote to me and told me it was a different company. Saxon should control their own merch to ensure their fans get a proper deal not outsource it. It is utterly appalling and I am fed up - next time I am only buying merch at the gigs. I am off to Amon Amarth this week and will spend my money there! Panda Bear ![]() |

After IŽd nothing heard about my order about 5 weeks ago I dent an e-mail to them yesterday . I have to say they answered very quick this time. They apologized and told me the Bottle Opener/Keyholder IŽd ordered was out of stock. I suggested to remove the picture from the merch site and bring it back when it is available again.
When we dealed with them because of the Forum shirts durning the first time there came quick answeres as well but later we aslso had much trouble. |

Sad to hear that about your order.
Have had no problems until yet with this shop, also with no other shops - but i can understand your anger about this, would be the same at me. Hope you will get the missing pieces maybe with an extra-package... See ya on the road, hmthunder |
