i never saw a black eagle along with saxon - in the early years maybe ?
and i never saw the head of the eagle moving - maybe itīs out of order for many years...
watch the chronicals - there he is is well visible - "bring it down"
actually the eagle is being renewed with some more functions - you will be surprised soon !
