Has anyone had problems with the Saxon merch shop - I spent £110 on goods and only received one item and that was damaged and wet when I went to the post office to pick it up.
I have called (a premium number) - no answer. I have emailed and emailed and they have only replied ONCE saying they shipped the goods - they will not respond to me or call my mobile which I asked them to.
Only when I posted a note on the facebook site - someone wrote to me and told me it was a different company. Saxon should control their own merch to ensure their fans get a proper deal not outsource it.
It is utterly appalling and I am fed up - next time I am only buying merch at the gigs. I am off to Amon Amarth this week and will spend my money there!
