Default Garry Moore: 4 April 1952 6 February 2011, R.I.P.

I've just heard this and thought I'd post here to let you guys know, what a tragedy and a loss to the rock world. He died in his sleep while on holiday in Spain, I suppose that's the best way to go if there is such a thing.

One of my favourite albums featuring Gary Moore. The title track just blows you away. A huge talent and will be sadly missed

Gary you will be jamming with Phil on the Great Gig In The Sky now. Thank you and Rest In Peace

I'm shocked at the news, just heard it on here. I was a big fan of Gary during the 80's, bought all his albums and saw him live numerous times, did'nt really get into the blues he started playing in the 90's but he was a special talent and a truly great guitarist. R.I.P. Gary Moore.

A sad loss indeed.Choked on his own vomit after a drink binge of champers and Brandy according to the Sun (so it must be true)

A huge shame, a real nice guy and excellent guitar player.

Back in 1984 a young XRWoody spent some of his hard earned on a new record player, album bought specially to play on the new player ?
Gary Moore - Victims Of The Future - good choice XRWoody

I saw Gary four times but I must say it was his 80's rock era that I really liked.

Thanks for everything and RIP fella.

R.I.P. Gary Moore, very sad.

I never got to see Thin Lizzy with Phil Lynott, but I did get to see Phil perform with Gary Moore "Out in the Fields" at the Manchester Apollo. For that moment alone I will always be grateful to Gary Moore.
