Default Metallica

There is a rumur going round that Sweet Savage are opening for Metallica in Dublin. For those you who don't know (and most you old gits will know far more than me lol),SWeet Savage were a NWOBHM band that featured Jarnick Gers on guitar. The 2 song i know are both fucking great.Killing Time was covered by Metallica and Eye Of The Storm showed up on a few NWOBHM comps.Lets hope Metallica carry on this trend and get Saxon to open.At one time i would have said that this wold never happen.,but after seeing them play Princess........ on you tube who knows.Fingers crossed eh.

yeah thats what i was thinking heathen , it would be brilliant to see saxon open for metallica for a whole tour , the sooner it happens the better cos you never know how much longer saxon will tour for.
