Here is the tracklist (probably the track order is wrong):
Batallions of Steel
Heavy Metal Thunder
Witchfinder General
Demon Sweeny Todd
Strong Arm of the Law
And the Bands played on
The Letter
Valley of the Kings
747
Hellcat
Wheels of Steel
Princess of the Night
Crusader
Ride like the Wind
Denim & Leather
Live to Rock

hello all

i was there so i can give you a short summary:

- crowd: the place was full, don't know about exact numbers but i guess around 1,000 people or so
- Iced earth: terrible sound, particullary at the beginning of the evening, the songs seemed interesting but could not been appreciated because of the sound;
- Saxon: great sound, played a bit too fast and the set-list was too short (a mere one hour and a quarter or so). I did not appreciate some of the old classics because they had been played too fast;
new songs: didn't know the new album but it seems me that Battalions of steel and valley of the kings are good songs, also appreciated live to rock;
guitarists: it seems me that Doug played a lot better than Paul who sometimes was a bit sloppy
Biff: always great frontmen, he forgot most of the lyrics in Ride like thw wind which was played on crowd request!

All in all a good gig but not the best Saxon concert I saw (if i remember correctly it was my seventh saxon gig since 1997)

Cheers

Matteo
