Hi to everybody, now im introducing myself officially.
My name is Torben and i`m doing FOH engineering on the Inner Sanctum Tour.

I'm sure you must be among the best, 'cause I'm always amazed at the quality of the sound in the live concert DVD's.

Thats nice from you, but i`m not the guy who mixes the DVDs, just the gigs.

Thanks for your welcome... what can i tell, just stories about blown Marshall heads , otherwise i just get out the bus when it stops, turn some sound knobs on my desk, get in the bus and wait till it stops again...

Thats easy to explain, i think: always different locations, different rooms - each room sound different. Also we are fighting with different PA systems every night - and believe me, thats not easy. if you knew what kinda crap systems some clubs have.... sometimes its horrible. take bergara for example: the system was build before world war 2 (just kidding), but its never enough and rarely good enough for what we expect.
