One ticket for tonight in newton

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have one ticket extra for tonight's show. I've never been here but I think its a great seat. Face value is 64 bucks and I believe it's front balcony second row it says row BB. You would need to meet me there since I have a 2 hour drive to get there. Looking to get 50 bucks minimum. Thanks!
