Hi

It's sad to hear that Lemmy has had to cancel the tour again. We wish him well & hope he can conquer whatever illness he has.

Unfortunately this is out of our control. We are trying as I speak to get a plan together and that we will have something worked out - I am hoping for tomorrow - as far as the Saxon headline shows are concerned.

VIP tickets - keep on eye on FB & the website.

Biff

I hope the Saxon shows are unaffected. I'm all booked up for Preston, for the 2nd time, flights, hotel and train. Had to forfeit those costs back in November when the gig was pulled. It'd be a lot of money to loose twice, not to mention the Hatfield gig.

What will be will be. I hope the stand alone shows will go ahead, but appreciate the logistics in putting on a few gigs as one offs. Can't see a Saxon UK tour replacing the Motorhead dates, but if they could get a couple of support acts it might work. How about a NWOBHM reunion tour? Saxon and a couple of classic 80's like Vardis or Loudness?

I don't think this is a surprise to anyone. Lemmy is in bad shape and according to his manager, he isn't really taking care of himself properly

I think this is pretty much the end for Motörhead as a touring band. What a shame

No further updates on any additional shows, anyone interested in coming the Tivoli, Buckley?
It's approx 10 miles from Chester (in case anyone was wondering where it was). Easy links from M56 and I'm happy to post directions if anyone needs help.
