now it´s like this i wanna go to glasgow and see the band and the planetickets are at a good rate right now but it´s some thing i need to get sorted out before planing anything. anyone know any very cheap places to stay (almost free)? and cheap ways to get from the airport (prestwick).

If your coming into Prestwick, there is a train station right at the airport. Just come out of the airport and you practically walk straight onto the Glasgow train - its about half an hour to Glasgow - and probably only about £4 or £5.

Not sure about cheap accommodation - my house will be full of lesbians that night, so I don't think that would be suitable for a young man like yourself, dont want to corrupt you:p - leave it with me and I'll see if I can sort you out somewhere to stay!!!

As tasty as Metal Dude looks, he is far too young for me, unfortunately! lol I'd probably just want to mother him, I do that with everyone! :)

New York was fab, had a great time, spent an obscene amount of money (on my son, not myself!) and STILL didn't get to do everything we wanted to do :( We didn't go to any sports events this time, even though the New York Knicks were playing New Jersey Nets at MSG on our last night there...couldn't get tickets :mad: Would have been good to see a baseball game, but to be honest, we just didn't get time.

We did see this exhibition called "bodies", which is REAL dead people, showing how the body works! Sounds a bit gruesome, but it was really fascinating and actually very educational without seeming to be, if you know what I mean!

LOL - yeah same here, Metal Dude looks right delicious but alas he's waaaaay toooooo young for me as well, is he not about 19 or something. Right enough, my friend looks them VERY YOUNG, so you could be onto something there Metal Dude haha!!!!!
